Last night, we gathered in vibrant Miami to celebrate the highly anticipated release of the new A. Fuente Opus X Society cigar! The event took place at one of the premier cigar lounges in the United States—The Tabacon in Doral, FL—renowned for its luxurious atmosphere and exceptional selection.
The evening was made even more special by the presence of "The Man" himself, Mr. Fuente, along with the charismatic Manny Iriarte. Their participation added a personal touch to the celebration, as they shared insights about the new cigar and the passion that goes into crafting each masterpiece and their friendship.
Guests mingled in an elegant setting, enjoying the rich aroma of fine cigars and the warmth of camaraderie, making for a truly unforgettable night dedicated to the art of cigar smoking and the legacy of the Fuente family.

The event rolled out the red carpet, warmly welcoming guests with complimentary valet service (later adjusted to $20 lol) and a stunning Rolls Royce display that immediately set the tone for an evening of elegance. Each guest received a thoughtfully curated gift bag containing two Fuente cigars, an exquisite Opus X Society coffin, and a stylish wristband that signified entry into this exclusive affair.
As we stepped through the entrance, we were greeted by a magnificent ballroom adorned with high tables and chairs, creating a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere. A delightful spread of snacks and gourmet food awaited us, featuring mouthwatering dishes like perfectly cooked steak, rich jamón serrano, and refreshing ceviche. Each bite was a testament to culinary artistry, and the highlight was undoubtedly the impressive ice sculpture that showcased the Opus X Society logo, glistening under the soft lights and drawing the admiration of all.
After savoring a delicious meal, we ventured into the Tabacon, where the ambiance radiated opulence and grandeur. The space was alive with laughter and conversation, and I couldn’t help but notice the attention to detail in every aspect of the evening. Not a single guest was without a tailored suit, polished shoes, or impeccably groomed hair. The vibe was reminiscent of a glamorous 1950s Havana night, infused with a contemporary Miami twist, creating a unique and enchanting atmosphere.
The night was fueled by an open bar offering an impressive selection of drinks, including all the cafecito you could indulge in and an abundance of Opus X for those ready to treat themselves. The staff was exceptionally attentive, ensuring that every guest felt valued and catered to, which added a personal touch that made the event feel even more special.

As the night progressed, the combination of exquisite food, captivating music, and lively conversation created an unforgettable experience that left everyone buzzing with excitement long after the evening ended. As we departed, we were presented with an additional bag filled with Opus X Society goodies, and the valet promptly brought our car. We exchanged warm goodnights, reflecting on one of the best nights Miami had to offer. What a memorable evening.
